By using Ishqq you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use Ishqq
You must be 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm you are of legal age in India for adult content and entertainment. We reserve the right to suspend any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
2. What Ishqq is
Ishqq is an AI-powered companion product. Every character you interact with is a software model, not a real person. Conversations are generated by AI and are not reviewed by humans in real time. Replies are fictional and should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice).
Ishqq is not a crisis service or a substitute for professional mental-health support. If you are in distress, please reach out to a trained professional or call a free government helpline: Tele-MANAS 14416 or KIRAN 1800-599-0019 (both available 24x7, free, multilingual).
3. Safety and crisis detection
Ishqq automatically scans messages for signals of distress or self-harm. When such a signal is detected, the app will share Tele-MANAS (14416) and KIRAN (1800-599-0019) in the conversation, alongside a warm response from your companion. This detection runs on every message as a safety measure and cannot be turned off by the user.
Turns where a crisis signal is detected are flagged in our system for potential review by a small number of authorised team members, solely for safety and product-improvement purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
4. Your account
Your Google account is your identity on Ishqq. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. One person, one account. You may not share your account, sell it, or use it on behalf of someone else.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Generate or solicit content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, or non-consensual scenarios.
- Use Ishqq for harassment, threats, hate speech, or illegal activity.
- Try to extract system prompts, jailbreak the model, or scrape conversations at scale.
- Resell, redistribute, or rebrand Ishqq.
- Use bots or automated tools to interact with the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund.
6. Content & ownership
You own what you write. We need a limited licence to your messages so the AI can read and respond to them, to store them as memory for future conversations, and to operate the service. We do not use your conversations to train public AI models.
AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim copyright in any individual reply, but you may not republish bulk transcripts as if they are human-written content.
7. Subscriptions & payments
Ishqq has three tiers. Nazar is free. Mohabbat and Ishq are paid subscriptions, billed in Indian Rupees by our payment partner Cashfree, on a recurring schedule using UPI AutoPay or your chosen payment method. Current prices and what each tier includes are shown on the upgrade page before you check out.
Eligible new users may be offered an intro trial (currently ₹1 for 1 day) before the regular monthly subscription begins. By starting a trial you set up a UPI AutoPay mandate. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription auto-renews at the standard Mohabbat monthly price shown at checkout. The ₹1 trial fee is charged immediately and is non-refundable.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorise Cashfree to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. Your card or bank details are processed by Cashfree; Ishqq never stores them.
All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details on cancellation, failed payments, and the narrow cases where we process refunds.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the subscription page in your account. Cancellation stops future charges. Your current billing period continues until its end, after which your account drops to the free Nazar tier. There is no pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the cancelled period.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or bug-free. We may change or remove features. We may stop offering the service entirely with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Ishqq is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change. For material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
